Wraith is an Interdimensional Skirmisher in Apex Legends. Agile and deceptive, she excels at repositioning, flanking, and extracting her squad from danger. She is unlocked by default.

Abilities

Wraith manipulates the void to outmaneuver enemies and guide allies to safety. Below is a quick, reader-friendly breakdown of her kit and practical notes.

Into the Void (Tactical)

Briefly slip into the void, becoming invulnerable and gaining a burst of speed, allowing you to reposition or escape.

  • Activation time: ~1.25s wind-up before phasing.
  • Duration: ~4s of invulnerability with a notable speed boost.
  • You leave a faint blue trail visible to other players while phased.
  • You can’t interact with most objects while in the void, but ziplines still work.
Tip: Start the ability before you are critically low on health—use the wind-up window to duck behind cover, then phase to safety.

Voices from the Void (Passive)

A spectral voice alerts you to threats like enemies aiming at you, nearby traps, or a cluster of combatants.

  • Use the voice callouts to pre-aim, change routes, or bait shots in open ground.
  • Ping the warning so your squad benefits from the intel instantly.

Dimensional Rift (Ultimate)

Create a two-way portal that links two locations for a short time, enabling fast and safe travel for anyone who uses it.

  • Rift placement distance: roughly up to ~152m with accelerating movement while placing.
  • Portals last ~45s and can be taken in either direction.
  • Traveling through the rift grants invulnerability during transit.
  • Great for retreats, fast flanks, moving downed teammates, or setting traps.
Tip: Place the exit behind solid cover or on high ground. A poorly placed rift can get your team focused the moment they exit.

Legend Upgrades

In Battle Royale modes with Evo leveling, Wraith can select two unique upgrades over the match.

Level 2 Options

  • Sixth Sense: Expanded threat warnings from Voices from the Void, including approaching squads.
  • Ultimate Cooldown+: Shorter Dimensional Rift cooldown.

Level 3 Options

  • Fast Phase: Reduced Into the Void wind-up time.
  • Tactical Cooldown: Shorter Into the Void cooldown.

Lore

Wraith woke in an IMC facility with no memory—only voices in her head and the faint echo of a past life as Senior Science Pilot Renee Hope Blasey. Betrayed by a partner and used as a test subject, she learned to trust the voices, break her restraints, and cross realities to escape.

Today, Wraith fights in the Apex Games to retrace the steps of those experiments and recover who she was. Every match brings new clues across old IMC sites—and another chance to confront the truth she’s been chasing.

  • Removed Low Profile; multiple hitbox updates improved fairness.
