Sparrow is a Recon Legend known as the Agile Archer. Introduced in Season 25, he specializes in tracking and rapid repositioning, pairing high mobility with disruptive crowd-control. Sparrow is unlockable with 12,000 Legend Tokens or 750 Apex Coins.

Abilities

Tactical — Tracker Dart

Shoots a tracking dart from Sparrow’s gauntlet. Enemies that cross its line of sight are revealed. Tracker Darts can also activate Survey Beacons from a distance.

Cooldown: 33 seconds

Tip: Place darts to watch likely rotation paths or chokepoints. Pair with recon pings to guide your squad before taking a fight.

Passive — Double Jump

Perform a second jump while airborne. Jumping while climbing launches Sparrow higher up a wall. He can carry additional arrows and explosive arrows for the Bocek.

Tip: Use the mid-air jump to break aim assist and sightlines. Chain climb-jumps to quickly scale vertical cover.

Ultimate — Stinger Bolt

Fires a heavy arrow that anchors at the impact point. After charging, it emits shocks that damage and slow enemies within range.

Charge time: Unknown

Tip: Anchor Stinger Bolt where opponents must pass—doors, zip endpoints, and revive spots—to force disengages or secure downs.

Legend Upgrades

Legend Upgrades grant perk choices in Battle Royale as you level your Evo Shield. Select one perk at each threshold for a maximum of two.

  • Level 2
    • Hunt Target: Gain a brief speed boost when moving toward a marked enemy.
    • Extra Traps: Gain one additional Tactical charge and +2 traps spawned in the world.
  • Level 3
    • Life Siphon: Recover health and shields when enemies are damaged by Stinger Bolt pulses.
    • Alternate Mode: Ultimate gains 3 charges that emit fewer pulses in a smaller radius.

Lore

Enea was born into the Clessidra Rossa, the Outlands’ most respected bounty hunter clan—renowned for peerless archery and an unyielding moral code. From childhood he surpassed his peers, but the boldness that marked him for leadership also put him at odds with the order’s black‑and‑white worldview.

As Enea grew, he questioned absolutes, and a reckless decision finally fractured his standing with the clan. Shunned but undeterred, he set out alone, determined to live by his own compass and still earn back his family’s respect. While bounty hunting to survive, a chance encounter led to an invitation to the Apex Games—the perfect arena to showcase his skills and carve out a future on his own terms. Deep down, he hopes victory will bridge the rift to the family he still loves.
